About Me

Hi! I'm a nonbinary art teacher currently living in Salem, working in Beverly. My lease ends at the end of December so I'd like to move sometime during November-December ideally.

I'm hoping to find a roommate that is queer-friendly and communicates well. I would like to spend some time with my roommate but I'm also happy to spend time alone.

Some more info about me:
- I have 2 cats (Goose and Moth) and a rabbit (Pudding)! All 3 are female and spayed.
- I don't drink much and don't smoke at all, I like the occasional edible
- I'm a teacher so I usually go to bed around 10 and wake up around 6:15-6:30 during the week (might adjust a bit depending on travel time changes)
- I consider myself to be pretty clean and tidy and think upkeep in common/shared areas is important. Communication works wonders all around tbh.
- I can be kind of a homebody and usually spend my free time making art, hanging out with friends either in person or over Facetime, hanging out/playing with my pets, watching movies and shows. I do like going on walks outside/at the gym and going out to see movies in theaters

State on site not active
My maximum monthly budget 1,200
Move in Date Dec 2023
Lease Duration 6 Months
Age 25
Occupation Art Teacher
Pets Pet Friendly
