Large Room for Rent in Glendale, CA
I have a large, unfurnished room for rent in Glendale with its full bathroom that just became available! The move-in is available immediately!
The rent is only $1200 and includes all utilities, including internet. It's in a prime area of Glendale, near the Americana and other shopping areas, just outside of Downtown LA. I am looking for someone who works full time, pays their rent on time, and is sociable. We don’t have to be best friends, but I don't want a hermit as well who stays in their room, lol.
As for me, I'm a gay professional male working as an Operations Manager for a tech company. I go to work all week, 8:30 am - 5:30 pm every day. I have a very sweet 6-year-old white boxer. I'm a nonsmoker and social drinker. No drugs, but I don't mind if someone else is 420. We have a balcony for that, lol. Sometimes, I host game nights or Super Bowl parties with family and friends.
Let me know if this is something you might be interested in! I'll attach a picture of the room. It’s currently unfinished, though, except for a dresser and lamps. So, you’ll need to have your own bed. It's available to view immediately—the first and last month's rent and proof of income are required for move-in.
