Room in fun (but responsible) 3 bedroom apartment!

Hello potential roommate!

Thanks for your interest and let me tell you about the place. My roommate (27yo F) and I (26yo M) are looking to rent out the third bedroom in our Bushwick apartment. We are located right between the Myrtle-Wycoff and Halsey stops along the L, which puts us within waling distance of the M too. We are on the third floor of a walk up with in unit laundry and rooftop access. You'll be splitting both a little balcony and a bathroom with my roommate. We have no furniture, so it would be pretty cool if you had some/were willing to pitch in, but that's not a dealbreaker.

We are looking for someone between 22 and 32 that would like to also be our friend. Not in like a smothering way, as we both need our downtime, but it's nice to do things with the roomies and enjoy being around each other. Additionally, we ask that you can consistently pay rent and utilities (duh) and are respectful of our common spaces. You know, just do all the "good roommate" stuff and we'll be fine.

A little about us: I am a paleontology grad turned soulless sales manager. I like watching educational youtube videos, football, going out, nerdy stuff, and taking advantage of fun New York things. My roommate is a better person than I am and is a speech therapist for special needs kids. She is a yoga girl and likes dogs and country music.
