I am 32 years young, I am a female and I would feel most comfortable and prefer to live in an all female household. I am currently working at Starbucks while I finish my BA in Art History and Museum Studies. I enjoy cooking, hiking, reading, painting, listening to music, gardening, traveling and being in nature. I am an outgoing introvert, meaning I enjoy meeting new people, engaging and having meaningful conversations and friendships but I also love my alone time. I am laid back and easy going, I like things to be neat, clean and tidy but not on clean freak levels. I am the proud mom of the sweetest eleven year old boxer pup named Roxy who is simply perfect, she loves people and gets along well with other animals. I am also a plant mom and enjoy growing anything that likes me enough to stay alive. I enjoy doing outdoor activities, going out to spend time with friends, but I am really more of a home body and enjoy coming home to a peaceful environment to unwind and recharge. I am more of a night person than a morning person, although I tend to spend my evenings doing relaxing things like reading or watching a movie. That being said, I don't mind the occasional party, (pre-covid that is). I love showing hospitality and having company, however, respecting my roommate and making sure they feel comfortable and safe in their own home is first priority, so having company would need to be pre-approved in advance before I make any plans. (Again, covid restricts this a little for now). I don't smoke, I don't do drugs, I enjoy an occasional glass of wine or a beer, I am not offended by other people's responsible use of alcohol (key word here is responsible), but I will not tolerate substance abuse, I need a home where I can feel safe.

Things that I am looking for in a roommate is someone who is dependable and mature, who is respectful of shared space by cleaning up after themselves and is willing to share household cleaning chores such as sweeping, dishes, toilets etc... I tend to operate from a belief that the people in your daily life are there for a reason and that a beneficial experience can be gained by investing in those relationships, including roommates. I am hoping to find a roommate who would be interested in getting to know each-other and building community over meals, wine talks, coffee, art, nature, or whatever we vibe over. I encourage and invite open communication for resolving potential conflict, and I welcome constructive and respectful feedback.
