Hello!! me, Randie (she/her) , and my friend, Sam (he/him), are looking for someone new to join us on our July 1st lease! Our previous roommate is moving back home at the end of June. The room fits a queen sized bed and more, and has a balcony attached.
Rent would be $1216, and utilities (gas+ electric+ wifi) have been around $70 per month. We are a 8 minute walk away from the Bedford Nostrand G train and tons of buses are right outside of the front door. Herbert Von King Park is across the street, we also have in building laundry and roof top access.
I'm a recent FIT graduate, Sam is a UofM grad. We both are originally from detroit, I've been living in NYC for about three years now.

Queen Sized room available in BedStuy Apartment 8/1!!! Message for a video :)
Hi we’re Randie and Sam, Two young people who have enjoyed living in this apartment so much, we’ve decided to renew our lease. The room is available end of July, rent will be $1,216 for the room. The room will be unfurnished or furnished. You will be added on to our lease.
Across from the apartment is Herbert Von King park, and the G is less than a 10 minute walk away; not to mention there are so many bus stops feet away, transportation is not an issue. We have rooftop access (nothing bougie, but we’ve thrown some successful parties) and laundry in the basement. We have a very chill mindset when it comes to expectations about the apartment. We are social, we like to have people over, but we also like to respect the space and keep it tidy. Hopefully we can find a third roommate who agrees with these standards 🙂
