I'm one of a few other roommates in a sunny, homey Upper West Side apartment! We are four fun, respectful and kind roommates. All in our late 20s/30s and professionals with (pre-pandemic) busy lives outside the apartment that like to on occasion meet up for a bottle of wine together when we're free.
Currently, I am trying to get a few of the roommates obsessed with shows on Netflix and Vudu during our isolation: namely Doctor Who and Crash Landing on You!
As a note: We are serious about social distancing, wearing a mask at all times when out in the world, and making sure that we keep our home safe and clean for you and us. We hope you are too!

Sunny bedroom in a pre-war apartment on the UWS

August 1st (or as early as July 29th)
RENT:
$1,162/month, with cable, electricity, house supplies, and housekeeper adding up to approximately $100/month. A $1,575 security deposit and one month's rent are required and due before move in.
BEDROOM:
1 unfurnished (or furnished) bedroom available in amazing five bedroom/2 bath on UWS. Bedroom is one of the larger ones in the apartment, with one closet, and 1 window that do not face the street. 11 x 13 feet is the approximate dimension and can fit a full bed, a desk, a dresser, a large bookshelf, and armoire, with plenty of room to spare. Painting the walls is an option.
Furnished would include: Bed, AC, bookshelves, armoire and desk with chair. Price to be discussed if interested.
AMAZING LOCATION:
UWS near 96th / Broadway intersection and the 1, 2, 3 train 96th Street + B, C 96th Street subway stops. Walking distance to both Central Park and Riverside Park. Less than 5 blocks to the NYSC, Equinox, several large supermarkets, Starbucks, T. J. Maxx, Sephora etc. Great neighborhood, extremely convenient and a quick ride anywhere downtown.
APARTMENT:
It's a homey, welcoming apartment full of space and plants. 5-bedroom apartment, hardwood floors, high ceilings, large windows, big living room w/air conditioning and Fios/Verizon cable (premium channel package plus DVR), wireless Internet. Full kitchen w/dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, stove, oven, terracotta floors, and 2 bathrooms. Building has an elevator and is a mix of Columbia students and families. Doorman from mid-afternoon to midnight every day. No laundry in building, but there are plenty of pick-up/drop-off or DIY places in the neighborhood that pickup and deliver. Very responsive live-in Super.
ROOMMATES:
4 professional females in their late 20s/30s with active lifestyles. Most have been living here for 1-6 years. Everyone has their own bedroom and they are incredibly friendly and respectful.
