FREE - FULL private floor for a roommate

we are offering for FREE a FULL private floor (part of 3 levels house), including a private living room + a private kitchen + 2 private rooms + a bathroom + % utilities cover + internet + parking and separate entrance.

In exchange, instead of rent, we are looking for a roommate nanny for our 2 children and a roommate house helper to help with the house tasks.

the nanny's responsibilities are during M-F from 2.5p.m. until 6.5pm (hours, can be changed during school breaks a bit), including pick up from school (walk distance), playtime with kids (art, music, games, homework, or any other stuff that can contribute to the kid's development), preparing dinner for kids.

For the house helper position 4 hours daily (some can be at flexible hours). for the house tasks (organizing, laundry, grocery, cooking, and so on)

north Los Altos (very close to all shopping areas, and next to Palo Alto and Mountain View),

rooms are unfurnished, but if a furniture is needed, we can work something out in exchange for some work hours

pet friendly. no smoker
