I’m a flight attendant so I’m rarely home. Respecting one another is a huge MUST. Cleanliness is a MUST as well .. I’ll go in depth on cleanliness .. but if you do not clean up after yourselves this will not be a good fit. after cooking or using the kitchen you wipe down the floor and counter tops.. if you use the stove you wipe down the stove as things splatter and splash. Basically just keeping it clean and neat for your other roomates. NO food in sink drain, no dirty dishes in sink. Bathroom no hair left in drain!!

24-Hour Doorman & Concierge, mail room, rooftop terrace & lounge, residents lounge and game room, huge gym, brand new renovated laundry room, in house dry cleaning & tailoring. “Tulu” app for residents to rent items within the building (eg: vacuum, air fryer, Vr headset, projector. “Latch” smart access system for residents that eliminates keys w/ automate access throughout the building (gym, mail room, lounge, rooftop)
About new roomate: MUST be clean!!! Always wiping down the kitchen counter tops, stove and even the floor after cooking in the kitchen (things splash on the stove and food sometimes fall on floor without knowing so just doing a nice quick cleanup after makes it so things don’t build up). No dirty dishes in the sink, no food in the drain. No hair in the tub. Just being respectful and courteous that you do have other people living with you. Sorry I’m a little anal about cleanliness I just don’t want to be the only person cleaning all the time. I always clean up after I’m done… I just don’t want to be cleaning your mess as well. So if everyone cleans up after themselves we should always have a clean apartment :) If you don’t clean up after yourself this will not be a good fit!
This is a one year lease. However current roomate is moving as you would be occupying her room so you’d take over the least. Currently the lease begins October 1st and ends sept 30th. However you will be taking over her lease January 1st.
