Me and my 2 roommates are looking for a female to fill a bedroom in our 4 bed 2 bath home and Wheat Ridge. The house is close to i70 and is 15 minutes from downtown Denver and 10 minutes from downtown Golden. Rent is $750 a month + utilities. Ideal move in is January / February!

There are 2 bedrooms on the top floor and 2 bedrooms on the lower level and each floor has a living room so there is plenty of space! Bathroom on each floor as well so it's only shared with one other person. The house has a large fenced in backyard that gets plenty of sun! Must be okay with dogs, we have a sweet 5 year old female Dalmatian. No other pets are preferred (sorry)!

About us: 3 females in mid to upper 20s! We are down to earth and keep shared spaces clean. We are all working professionals and live our independent lives while hanging around the house together! We all love to do your typical outdoor Colorado activities as well as spending a Netflix night in. Reach out if you are interested!
