Charming private room

A private bedroom in 2BD/1 BTH apartment on the 3rd floor of a walk-up building. Building is located on quiet block 5 min walk from Astoria park and a short walking distance to Ditmars and N & W train station. The room is big enough for a Queen or full bed. With big windows:) & a lot of closet space. No smoking in the house. Other than that, we split electric/gas and only internet included in the price. There are also 2 laundry mats on the block one is right outside the building we don't have laundry in the building. There is tons of street parking if you have a car.

Ideal roommate is someone positive with a good sense of humor, is responsible, clean and respectful of common spaces, laidback, and passionate about what they're doing with they're life.

For move-in, I would need first month rent and security.
