I’m originally from Colorado, 34-year-old male, soon to be 35, who enjoys the outdoors and staying active. Professionally, I’m a middle school science teacher and just completed my second year of teaching. Right now, is my summer vocation, so I’ve been busy taking classes, preparing for the next year, and relaxing. During the school year, I’m hardly at home, so it will be like having your own place. On weekends, I like to get out and do something, like a hike, explore downtown, or cook and watch a movie—something to relax. I also enjoy food and trying new places. Before teaching, I worked in the service industry for about fifteen years and still do occasionally. Another passion of mine is traveling. I’ve been to quite a few places and have spent a few years traveling during different times. I’m always interested in learning about other cultures and hearing about people’s adventures abroad—adventures here too are good.

July 1 Move-in for one room in a two-bedroom penthouse in Capitol Hill
Professionally remodeled penthouse in Capitol Hill, an end and top floor unit. The kitchen features tall cherry stained craftsman cabinetry, soft-close drawers, rich slab granite counters with tile backsplash and high-end Samsung appliances. The dining area is next to the open covered balcony. In the living room area, there is a stone fireplace. The bathroom has also been completely remodeled. The bedrooms have large closets and sunny natural lighting. This home has all custom wood detailing and fresh paint. Additionally, the location is amazing! The condo is six blocks from Chessman Park. It is three blocks away from Colfax Ave., King Soopers, the Ogden, and the Fillmore. Additionally, it is less than two miles to City Park/Denver Zoo/Natural History Museum area and about a mile to the Botanic Gardens. Rose Medical, Denver Health, and Saint Joseph's are within ten minutes. There are two Denver rec centers within a fifteen-minute drive. It’s also near a vibrant restaurant and café scene too—an amazing location!
Internet and utilities are split 50/50. Internet is $30 ($15 ea) and utilities average about $25 ($12.50 ea). Pool access is also included. I will need first and last month’s rent.
