Three bed/one bath
1st floor apartment in a quadplex in Astoria
The apartment has kitchen, dish washer, oven, gas stove, living room, two shared hallway closets, free in-building washer and dryer, front patio with garden patches and a gardening area behind the building, and a friendly cat. (Cat is friendly with people but can't be around other animals.)
10 min. walk to the N/W line and Ferry
Several grocery stores within walking distance.
Rent: $1100/month + average $70/month utilities and wifi
