Heyyy! I'm Karla, 27, work in tech, and live with a small dog (9 lbs). I like going out for drinks, cooking, working out, going to new restaurants and rewatching SATC or honestly any movie. I keep the apartment pretty clean and would like to find someone that's the same. I'm honest and I'm pretty social and always up for meeting new people. My current roommate is moving out to live with her bf so I am looking for someone to move in by July 1st, but I can be a tad bit flexible given the crazy circumstances (pandemic situation). It is a pretty spacious apartment. Your room fits a king size bed and has two closets as shown in the pics. Each bedroom is on opposite sides of the apartment so you can't hear much when you're in your room. There is one bathroom with a shower (sorry no bathtub). The dog is nice. He's pretty old so his hobbies include sleeping and cuddling by people's feet. Uhh well if you have any questions just ask away!

Available Room for Rent
The room you’ll be renting can fit a king sized bed. It has two big closets and three windows. It’s pretty spacious so you’ll have room for a dresser and side table as you’ll see in the pics. Each bedroom is on opposite ends of the apartment, and your room is right next to the kitchen/ dining room. The kitchen is pretty big, I think the biggest room in the apartment. The living room is smaller than that but still good size. The bathroom has a shower, sorry no tub! Utilities are included in rent, we just pay gas and electric.
