Looking to move into a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment with another person in the luxury 31-story building ARQ! There's a huge new gym,lounge and pool, billiard, 2 separate lounge areas inside and outside, jacuzzi on the rooftop, multiple different grills and dining areas, movie theater room that you can book for free and you can book out an entire floor for free for an event. In the apartment there are floor to ceiling windows, AC, In unit laundry and plenty of space. There's 24h concierge team who momentarily resolve any issues that may arise. There's a garage spot, I don't have a car so you can take it.
