Hey everyone! This is really early in advance, but my sister and i like to plan things ahead!
-Looking for a roomate to join us in a 3bedroom apartment! Looking to move in around June 29-July 1st.
-We are currently still searching for a place, but we want to keep rent around $700-825 each(before utilities) and in/around the DTC/Cherry Creek/Greenwood Village area.
-We are hoping by posting this early, we can all get to know each other better before living together.
-Would prefer female roomate around our age (23-27 years old) but are open to a male roomate if the vibe is right.
-I have two cats, so must be cat friendly!
-Neither of us our super clean freaks, but we have a mutual understanding to keep shared spaces clean.
-420 friendly but must be okay with smoking outside due to cats.
About us:
-I’m Juliana, I’m 24 and have a 9-5 job and am also a full time student. I’m more of an introvert/homebody. Like to read, cook, crotchet, and paddleboard if the weather is nice!
-My sister, Cassa, is 25 and an elementary school teacher. While she can be a homebody, she loves to spend her free time out doing activities and exploring the city.
-We would love a roomate that is also down to hangout with us and become friends, but if not, we understand.
