I am Straight male in my 40s. I'm extroverted, personable, and well-cultured, and I get along well with people. I'm an ER Registered Nurse working graveyard shifts, so my schedule is a bit unconventional, and I'll need to sleep during the day. I usually become friends with my roommates but if you wish to keep to yourself, that is fine as well.

Besides work, my interests include traveling, trading crypto, going to the gym, trying new restaurants/bars, etc.

I am looking for a responsible roommate (male or female, any age) short term leases are fine, minimal 6 months. I will ask for a recent credit report or income verification.

A Few Things to Know About Me and the Space:
• I am done with my wild partying phase, I don’t have any intentions of having parties. However, you can have friends come over and visit. I prefer someone who is introverted or someone who can be quiet and peaceful since I work in the graveyard and will need to sleep during the day.
• I use the kitchen frequently since I cook most of my meals.
• The unit has central AC/Heating. I prefer to keep it around 72-74 degrees.
• I don’t have any pets but I am dog/cat friendly, must be under 25lbs per HOA rules.
• 420 friendly as long as its kept on the balcony
• I prefer to keep the place clean and presentable without being overly strict. For example, avoiding leaving excessive dishes in the sink overnight.
