I am a full time nursing student as well as a night auditor at a hotel. I'm not home very often, and when I am, I'm often asleep. Because I work overnights I would need someone who will keep the house reasonably quiet during the day. My cat is super friendly, but you will have your own floor with a door if you don't want him in your space!

Basement apartment
You will have the entire bottom level to yourself. It comes fully furnished and has a bedroom and bathroom as well as a second bed in the "living room" area. The washer and dryer is located on the second level in my bathroom but you will have total access. Half of the home is used for airbnb but they are not able to access our half of the home, you just may hear them from time to time. There is plenty of street parking. You will enter through the garage door. There is a large fenced in backyard.
