Me and my two roommates are looking to fill the flex room in our hoboken apartment starting in February, rent is 1227.50 not including utilities. It’s a luxury doorman building with Laundry and gym in building, a patio with grills, views of the city skyline and close proximity to the path (about a 5 minute walk). It’s a true 3 bedroom that we flexed into 4 rooms with still a large living room and updated features. This room does not have an AC unit or a closet in the room however you do have a full size closet in the hallway and a ceiling fan. We are all 25 going on 26, like to go out but also like to have nights in and weekdays are typically pretty quiet. The three of us are friends and would welcome you to hangout with us but also understand if you’re not looking for that!
