2BR/2BA Apartment / Big Master Room for rent with your own private bathroom
Looking for 1 roommate to share my big, beautiful, sunny 2B/2BA apartment in Ridgewood. If you come see it you'll love it. I've been here for a year already, and couldn't be happier. It's situated right next to the Fresh Pond subway station and bus hub, so it's an easy commute into the city. Very close to Bushwick and a couple stops away from Williamsburg, two of my favorite neighborhoods in the city. The layout is great, with one bedroom/bathroom in each side of the apartment, and the kitchen/living room in the center. PLENTY of light, exposed brick, recently renovated... this won't last long. Nice landlord. Utilities end up being $100-$200/mo depending on the month, which we'd split (this includes high-speed wifi, heat, water and electricity). Plenty of storage space if you need it, and the common areas are furnished but if there's any furniture you're bringing with you let me know and we should be able to make it work. Stop scrolling through that list of older, uglier and/or more expensive apartments, and let's chat; I'm sure you'll feel like home here.
My roommate is moving to beautiful Miami and is taking with him his furniture, so your room (which is the Master bedroom) is pictured with furniture, but it will be unfurnished when you come in. As you can see the room is pretty big (huge by NYC standards) and it even has space for a desk against the wall you can't see in the picture. It also has plenty of light, and beautiful views (sunsets!). Oh, and your private bathroom is right next to it.
