The neighborhood is safe and near major stores like Ralphs, Target, a variety of restaurants/fast food places to choose from, and is within a 15 minute walk to El Camino College. You have easy access to the 405 and 91 freeway. Not to mention, Redondo Beach and Manhattan Beach are a short drive away. For those who love to travel, LAX is not too far away.

This is ideal for students looking for a peaceful home near work or school. Since there are two bathrooms in the house, the bathroom nearest to your room will be practically private. It only needs to be available for the few occasions that I have visitors over. Below is a list of the amenities included and what my mother is looking for:
