Hey! I’m originally from California, but have been living out here for the past year. I work remotely, but in non-covid times I will be traveling about half the year.
I am a very friendly and clean roommate! I am respectful of personal space and belongings, but I would also love to be able to be friends with my roommates.

2 Rooms Available in Prime Williamsburg!
This is a shared apartment (4bd, 1.5ba) located in the heart of Williamsburg. Enjoy a true Brooklyn experience in a great location - only blocks away from the L, G, J, M and Z trains. We are also a 15min walk away from McCarren park and Domino park.
There are only 2 apartments in the building and ours is only up one set of stairs.
The apartment has 2 open bedrooms. The rooms are both furnished with a queen sized bed, desk, closet space and air conditioner.
Access to a large private terrace in back is a huge perk. Great for enjoying some sun or hanging with friends in the evenings.
The common living room and kitchen is very spacious and inviting. We have a TV, games and a comfy couch large enough for four or five people, a chair for sitting, and a coffee table you can kick your feet up on.
We are a very friendly group of people, and are welcoming to all respectful guests. I am in my 20s and Ali is in her 30s. I travel for work and Ali splits her time between NYC and Arizona so the apartment is almost never full. We know how to be respectful when it gets late. We are also social and like to have friends over occasionally, but not big parties in the house (we keep that to the bars when they are opened). We look forward to having new faces around and hope to be friends with our new roommates.
Rent is $1275 or $1350 per month depending on which room you choose. The room with the private hall entrance is a little bit more.
No couples, no pets.
Before move-in, you will be required to sign a contract, pay first and last month's rent and a refundable security deposit.
