This is a 1 bdrm 1 den - luxury apartment with a lot of amenities (including 24 hour GYM) and VERY FAST commute to Port Authority/Times Square. All Utilities including WIFI included. I need a stable professional preferably South Asian decent with minimum 60K salary that is quite and spends his day at the office 9-5 and just looking for a place to rest and relax. Your bedroom is a converted den so you do not have full privacy but I will always be in bedroom or at the office so you will have entire apartment to yourself majority of the time especially on weekends. Rooftop with beautiful view and swimming pool during summer months. Direct access to Balcony overlooking view.
