This apartment is on the 4th floor of a brownstone on a beautiful tree-lined street. You're about a 7 minute walk away from the Bedford-Nostrand and Myrtle-Willoughby G stops, a 15 minute walk from the Myrtle-Broadway J/M/Z, and a 5 minute walk to the B38, B44, and B54 bus routes. This is a really sweet location close to staple Bed-Stuy spots like The Bureau, Sally's, BKLYN Blend, and Herbert Von King park. Lincoln Market is right down the block!

The room fits a full bed, dresser, and desk. It also has a closet and shelves, though the shelves can be removed on request.

The apartment is shared with two women in their mid-twenties who both work in the office 3 days a week, and a sweet 3 year old cat (no room for other pets, sorry!) There is a shared living room, kitchen, 1 full bath, and a half bathroom that's also used as an extra storage space. No laundry in building but there are two laundromats within walking distance.

We're looking for someone to resign a year long lease starting June 1st for the apartment. Utilites (electricity, internet, and gas) are usually somewhere around 80-100 a month. Ideally looking for someone who is clean, can act intuitively about caring for the apartment (i.e. respectful of keeping common areas tidy and contributing to household goods), is prompt with paying bills, and has a welcoming, friendly attitude.
