I'm a semi-retired trial lawyer with a great sense of humor and a passion for social justice. Although I don't play any musical instruments and can't carry a tune, I love listening to music, especially live music in small venues. I am a fan of live theatre and have had season tickets to my favorite theatre for more than 10 years. I don't cook much and haven't driven since 2019. Renting a completely furnished bedroom (including linens) on the second floor of this 1900 sq ft townhouse located in an older community with a pool across the private road and a basketball hoop at the end. Your parking space is dedicated and located just outside the front door. Your room includes a comfy bed, chair, ottoman, chest of drawers, lamps, a television, superfast wifi, and basic cable. Your rent includes all utilities and monthly cleaning. Your bathroom, dedicated except when an occasional guest might share it, is located across the hall from your room. You have full use of all the common areas (kitchen, living room, den, dining room, stacked washer/dryer). I'm easy to get along with, I'm flexible, and I don't stand on ceremony. I'd prefer a 3 month commitment from you and then as agreed, but this time frame is not etched in stone.
