A Tennis Training Facility is within walking distance. The YMCA, Planet Fitness, Publix, Winn-Dixie, and Walmart is only a 5-7min. There is also 45 min walking path right down the street.

No Vape/No Smoking (outside backyard ok), No drugs, No Pets, No overnight guests, and No Parties. The lease is month-to-month. I am a quiet, easygoing person and I’m looking for a roommate who values a peaceful living space.
