One of our friends is moving out and we are looking for someone to fill her spot (guy or girl) in the biggest room in the apartment, and sign onto the lease starting September 1st. Massive bedroom has a large closet, window, and can fit a king or queen sized bed, as well as a desk/dressers and more. Common spaces are fully furnished. High floor in a doorman elevator building. Two Gyms in building included. Common area roof deck. Laundry in the building. Bike storage available. Basketball court in basement. We are all clean, low maintenance friends who like to hang out but also have our own hobbies.

The Neighborhood:

Live steps away from the 2/3 line. The 4, 5, 6, A, C, R, W, J, Z are all within a 3 minute walk. Short walk away from the historic South Street Seaport and brand new Pier 17. Occulus and Brookfield place are very close. Stone street is right down the road with a lot of bars and restaurants. Equinox down the street. Whole foods and target a mile away. Cannot find a more convenient location in Manhattan!
