Private bedroom for rent in 2 bed, 1 bath in garden style building with fresh landscaping and large pool deck area in Burbank’s Rancho District/Adjacent to Equestrian Center, Burbank Media District which includes The Walt Disney Company and Warner Bros Campuses.
Room size:
11 ft. X 14 1/2 ft. Closet close to 6 ft. Wide, 24” deep plus cabinets on top. You also get your own coat closet in the living room.
Living room/kitchen being furnished this week. Lookin a little bare right now though. Am more than happy to get some styling inspiration from my new roommate as well.
1.5 miles from downtown Burbank with tons of restaurants, bars and shopping.
5 min drive to Trader Joes and Ikea
5 min walk to Rancho Marketplace which has Pavillions, Starbucks, and some fast food chains.

MUST LOVE CATS! I have a small hairless cat named Pokey. He will snuggle and chill with you all day. Super friendly.
Unfortunately the property doesn’t allow dogs or smoking inside.
(As far as 420 goes, I’m 420 friendly as long as it’s either done outside or done in a way that we won’t get in trouble with neighbors etc)

A little about me:
My name is Melissa. 27 years old originally from NY. I work at the equestrian center for a horse competition association.
In my free time I like to ride my horse, take aerial classes, cook, explore new bars and restaurants and go for hikes. Basically anything outside and active.
I occasionally like to entertain in the home. A few friends over for dinner, no wild parties. (Down to go to someone else’s place for a wild party- just not mine).
I like to keep common spaces clean. Dishes done within 24 hours or sooner, etc
I’m looking for someone in their 20s-30s. Ideally it would be nice to have a roommate that would like to have dinner together now and again or go hit the bars but if that’s not your style, that’s fine too.
