Back room with window on a quiet block in West Harlem. Third floor walk up apartment. Top floor so no upstairs neighbors. Room comes with bed and has a nice sized closet. Only three apartments in building. Currently painted blue but landlord will let you paint it whatever color you want. Current tenant has a lot of clothes! Room comes with twin bed and mattress, night stand and bedside lamp. Room as ceiling fan and wall mounted television. All furniture is also removable if you’d like.

This is an older building and isn’t spic and span. If you’re opposed to some grit and grime this place isn’t for you.
Apartment is furnished with dishes etc. Living room has couch and dining table with four chairs.

I have a cat and a dog. If our critters get along, yours are welcome.
