This is an old building and has been rather shoddily maintained. If you're concerned about a little grit and grime this place isn't for you. High ceilings and skylights in the hall and kitchen and a hallway for bike storage. This 2 bed is on the third floor and it's a walk up. There's no door buzzer. Kitchen has a fridge, stove and sink with good cabinet space. There's some furniture and a wall mounted flatscreen TV in your room. It can stay or go, your choice. It's a small bedroom at the back of the building. It has a window and it's quiet for sleeping. There's a table and chairs for eating in the living area as well as a sofa. Bathroom has a tub and shower. Radiator heat and window AC units.
