Great apartment in Glendale - walk to the Americana
This is a large first-floor, 2 bedroom, 2 full bathroom 'flat-style' apartment with windows on three sides. There are only four units total in the building. All the neighbors are friendly and awesome. The Landlord is super cool and attentive. I recently re-located from Denver, CO, so I don't have much stuff. So you can pick which bedroom you prefer and which bathroom to make as your own. The place is still a blank slate, so you can decorate as you like. You can have your own covered parking spot. Rent include utilities, except internet. Great neighborhood. Walking distance to the Americana, Glendale Galleria (Target), and many fine restaurants. Oh, and a Starbucks is just a block away.
