Looking for someone to become my best friend. We live in a gated community with many shops just downstairs, we have a beautiful loft with an outstanding view of Brickell city center and the water, it’s right on the riverfront. My dog is a service dog and won’t be in anyone’s personal area, also there’s a dog park right downstairs so you won’t see much of her. The bedroom being offered will be your private domain, you have your own personal access to the balcony and we have a total of 3 bathrooms. We have a dryer and washer, renovated kicthen and open floor plan. We have couches and WiFi and a tv downstairs. The metro is a 5 minute walk away, everything is accessible. We have muiltple sauna and steam rooms, in the girls bathroom, guy bathroom and one to share. Fully equipped gym, an indoor jacuzzi and one outside and a day care area for kids in case you ever want to have family over. We have someone who comes to clean and we do a very good job of keeping the loft is good shape. We are easy going people, looking for what we hope can become a friend, we also respect personal space very much.
