Looking for a female to take over my lease. It is for a furnished one bedroom and bathroom in a two bedroom apartment. Typical student lease close to UT with a locking private bedroom and bathroom. Shared living area including kitchen with dishwasher and laundry room with washer and dryer. Beautiful complex with a large swimming pool, deck with grills, fitness center, tanning beds, free coffee and b&w printing in the office with a hang out and study place available. Assigned, secured parking under building five spots from the elevator. In addition to the $1,262 rent, you will also be responsible for half of the electricity for the apartment and a portion of the water.
