Hi everyone! My name is Alex and I am moving to New York City in September. I am looking for a place around the city, preferrably in Lower Manhattan.
I am 21 and starting my career in academic research at NYU, I am m pretty chill and open to anything.
I'm busy during the week with my studies and try to enjoy my free time exercising in the gym, hanging with friends, eating out or just walking around the city. Fantastic spacious bedroom
It is a fantastic place with an open brick wall, a nice kitchen and bathroom.
Some of the amenities in the house are:
- Wi-Fi service
- Accessible terrace with skyline Manhattan views.
- a heater / cooler regulator

- a toaster
The room however can be furnished with a queen-size bed and desk or you can bring in your own furniture for the duration. It comes with a large closet for storage.
The bedroom has a tall window and comes with a door closet with plenty of storage, it has enough space for a Queen size bed and a large desk. It can also be furnished with a floor lamp.
The apartment is only about 15-20 minutes to Manhattan by train (L/M). The neighborhood is close to Metropolitan Avenue which is dotted with restaurants and bars if you enjoy a meal or drink outside.
