ROOMMATE WANTED NOW to share 2 bedroom/2 bath condo in a new (built 2017) luxury highrise in a secure building with underground parking, in-unit he laundry, central a/c and heat, natural gas outlet on the balcony, gym, great amenity room, hardwood floors throughout, fireplace in living room, shared balcony, luxury kitchen, and much more. Floor to ceiling windows in every room. This is a rare find! Underground parking space included! 6-month to 1-year lease.
BEDROOM is large, has lots of light, access to the balcony, a large reach-in closet with built-in shelving, and cable and high-speed wifi is already set up. Room is available unfurnished / or some furniture is available for a great price.
