I have been renting out rooms in this large 4 bedroom house in Centennial for close to 15 years.
We are definitely 420 friendly, but no harder drugs or drinking and driving is permitted.
I do have a petit mal seizure now n then that you will most likely never witness.
Another roommate will be here 24/7 to help me with that.

Good sized (13x11.5) 150 sq ft. room in a nice 4 bedroom tri-level house, in a great neighborhood.
We usually keep 1 of the 4 upstairs bedrooms open for guests, but we rarely actually have guests.
I ask $800 monthly and a $400 deposit. The deposit can be paid in payments or later if needed.
There is a roommate in the basement that would share your shower as he only has a 1/2 bath.
There is a 2nd fridge in the laundry room allowing more space for us upstairs.
We have 2 living rooms you are welcome to use and do not need to stay in your room 24/7.
My dishes & kitchenware are available if needed. Some shelving and storage available in the garage.
Cigarettes are only allowed outside or in the garage which has a couch and table set up.
Parking would be in the driveway. We are about a five minute walk to King Soopers or a 66 bus stop.
We have Ting fiber optic internet and all utilities are included. Sorry no couples or pets allowed.
I offer a 25$ prorated per night slept here if it helps get you into a place before the 1st.
