Spacious 4th Floor Apartment. Full bedroom available. 1 Full Bathroom (shared). 1 Full Closet in bedroom. Large 12x15 Bedroom, enough space for queen bed and office desk. 3 AC window units (bed, kitchen, living room). Wired & Wireless FIOS Internet included. All utilities included. Shared living room and kitchen. 1/3 living room is my office/music studio space (I own and operate Afino Entertainment from home and DJ on the weekends). Living room and hallway separated by temporary door for privacy and additional soundproofing. Key access to both building main entrance and apartment. Street parking. Frequent bus stops outside building to NYC and surrounding area. Building has Elevator and Stairs. 3 Washers and Dryers in Basement Laundry Room. Trash, Plastic, Aluminum, and Glass trash cans shared in kitchen. I don’t mind cleaning and vacuuming all rooms as long as space is kept reasonably clean and organized. Pure bred Siberian Cat named Tayo (2 years old). This breed should not affect allergies as much as other breeds if you happen to have a small sensitivity to cats. He’s very fluffy, playful, and funny (#TayoTheCat on social). Fully furnished already if you do not have furniture. I’m okay with letting you use it and very easy to get along with as long as rent is paid every month on time.
