Female only. Working professionals and students with the ability to pay and intends on staying long term like 12 months. Occupant will also be a co-tenant on the lease.

What is not allowed:
No Drugs.
No Smoking
No Drama.
No crazy partying. Guests are always welcome of course, but have to be respectful and agreed upon beforehand for overnight guests.

Location is great: safe and quiet, its a gated community with gym and swimming pool, very close to the gold line train station, groceries, walkable to old town Pasadena.
