We are looking for a young female roommate. Everything would be included. Utilities, food, internet etc. You would have your own room and bathroom upstairs. Come and go as you please.
My husband is a master carpenter and works for himself. I usually go into work with him, but sometimes stay home to take care of the office side of things. We have a 10 year old boy who is very active in travel baseball, basketball and karate. We have a 1 year old Pomeranian puppy. Our son would be gone every other weekend to his dad’s house. On those weekends my husband and I would sometimes be gone overnight. We enjoy riding our Harley Davidson to new and different places with friends.
We may need you to dog sit at times, possibly pick up/drop off our son to practices.
We live in a quiet nice neighborhood with a decent amount of wooded land behind the house that backs up to a creek. We have a golf cart trail in the woods. We are close with our neighbors as well. I enjoy swimming and fishing out back with my son and our friends.
The upstairs of our home consists of the main living room, kitchen, spare bedroom(this is the room available for rent), full bathroom, play room(2nd bedroom,) office and patio access out back. Downstairs consists of the laundry room, large game room with big screen tv, pool table and bar area, 2nd full bathroom, master bedroom, our son’s bedroom and back door with stairs to patio. We have a lovely back yard with covered bridge to wooded area.
