There is ample closet space both within the bedroom, and in the hallways, as well as garage storage available. There is a covered, gated, garage parking spot included in the rent.

Location is great-- walking distance from 14th street, U St, Dupont Circle, and Columbia Heights, and less than 5 minutes walk from 18th street bars and restaurants. On the same block as the Adams Morgan Harris Teeter, which is a huge plus!

Your roommate would be a respectful, clean young professional women in her mid-twenties, working from home 2-3 days a week. She works in consulting, loves exercise and healthy cooking, entertaining friends, and a good wine and cheese night.
