LEASE TERMS – 6 Months with the possibility of extending

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED – Last month’s rent upon singed occupant agreement and first on move-in day. Renting a room in a Large 3-bedroom apartment with two bathrooms. You’ll be using the shared bathroom with the Tenant.

What I’m looking for in a flatmate

• Someone in their late 20’s and older only
• enjoys hanging out and doing things with their flatmates from time to time
• Artistic nature and possibly does art of some kind would be amazing!
• The other occupant has finished their first documentary and I have recently finished filming my first short film.
• Music, Movie & Video/board Game Lover
• Nerd of anything fun and exciting
• Extremely clean person!
• NO smokers of ANY kind (that includes vaping!)
• No pets due to allergies

***Last Month will be required to take the room and then First months rent on the day moving in (signed agreement as well).

The building is a quiet place, so we’re obviously looking for someone that is quiet and has no need or want to have parties.
We’re very laid back, hangout, watch movies/shows/video games
We’re also very clean and expect the same
