Large Sunny Rooms in Amenities Building

We have two rooms opening up in our 3bed/2bath apartment in a relatively new amenities building in South Slope. Unit is rent stabilized.

The smaller room is around 12'x12' and shares a bathroom with one other person. The larger room is around 12'x14' and has an ensuite bathroom. We're looking for two people to sign onto the lease for March 1st. The room pictured is the smaller room.

Rent for the larger room is $2150 per month.

Both rooms will be unfurnished.

I am moving out to live a bit closer to the city, and another roommate is moving out to live on their own, leaving one current roommate who is staying. I'm helping out with finding new roommates!

Building amenities include a furnished rooftop with grills and excellent views of the city, a bike room, a gym, laundry room, part-time doorman, package room, and lounge area. We also have an in-unit washer dryer combo.

We’re looking for people who are mature, calm, clean, tidy, and respectful, and who don't bring the party home. Cleanliness is important, and we’re the “clean as we go” type, which means dishes are not left in the sink and things are put away when they’re not being used.

With that said, we are pretty easy going. We’re usually busy with work and social lives, but we’re also open to sharing the occasional meal or grabbing drinks together if schedules align. The overall vibe of the space is calm and quiet, and serves as a place to recharge.

5 min. walk to the Prospect Ave. stop on the R, and a 13 minute walk to the F/G at 4th Ave. 9th St
