This is a VERY UNIQUE and AWESOME opportunity for someone who wants lots of privacy and also have the option to interact with housemates in the shared dining room and kitchen area. Everyone who lives here loves it!

NEIGHBORHOOD: Potrero Hill, Mississippi Street @ 18th, right around the corner from cafés, shops (including a book store), restaurant and bars. 2 blocks from 280, 6 blocks from CalTrain. Sunny part of the city with great views of downtown.

APARTMENT: The apartment is the top apartment in a 2 unit building with 4 floors. The house was built in the early 80s. It has a total of 3 very large living areas/bedrooms, 3 private bathrooms and 1 guest bathroom. The first floor has a kitchen, dining room, guest bathroom, a bedroom/living area and private bathroom, shower, living space and deck. The 2nd floor (top floor) has two very large bedrooms, each with a private bathroom.

ROOM: The available room is on the top floor, West facing, very bright and sunny, with a bay window (view of downtown). It feels like a studio and easily fits a bed, a couch with coffee table and a desk. It has a large closet with sliding doors.

BATHROOM: Large, private bathroom with skylight window is adjacent, has washer/dryer and cabinet storage.

DECK: large deck in the back of the house with lots of plants. It's mainly used by the person living on this floor but available for communal use on evenings and weekends to all.

ROOMMATES: There are a total of 3 people living in the apartment. You will share the place with two professional, very friendly and respectful women, one in her 40s, the other in her 50s. We both currently work from home.

PARKING: We rotate our driveway, so you will have your own parking space every 3rd month and street parking is very easy.

LAUNDRY: washer/dryer are in one of the bathrooms (the one that goes with this room) on the 2nd floor.

UTILITIES: about $120 on average per month (PG&E, garbage and water). We also get the place cleaned once a month and share the cost ($30 each) and we share internet cost ($30 each).

Please note: no pets and no extra storage space.
