I recently found a very spacious 2 bedroom mainfloor/basement apartment. This place is gorgeous, you have to see it in person to fully understand how beautiful it really is.
Originally I was going to rent one room and the other room was to be rented out by another tenant, but unfortunately she will not be able to continue to rent due to personal issues. I am looking for someone to rent her room. I am not the landlord, I am just a tenant but I really do love this place which is why I am looking for someone to take over her room. I simply cannot afford the place on my own. I am looking for someone who is clean, and will stick to the daily/weekly cleaning schedule put in place for the common spaces that will be shared between us. So in essence we will be roommates, so we will definitely need to get along, and also be respectful of each other.
I am looking for a female that is looking to rent long term (1 year lease). The room is unfurnished and the entire living space has been renovated from top to bottom, left with a very modern touch to it. The closets are extremely spacious. There is a huge front yard & backyard and an extremely long drive way (parking available if necessary). Essentially you will be sharing the common area, (the kitchen, laundry room, spacious living room space, and bathroom) with only myself.
The asking price is $1600 + 40% utilities. I will be paying $800.00 just as well as you will be paying $800.00. The 40% utilities generally comes out to be $140.00 (at most, but split between the both of us $70.00). So a total of $870.00 a month. As far as internet goes, I have my own internet, but if you would like to have access to wi-fi you are more than allowed to have that discussion with the landlord.
