I'm 36. I work at UCSD as a biology lab manager, 82k/yr. I'm moving out of a place in Clairemont at the end of this month, so I need a place by May 31st. I want to move into a place that I can live in for a long time.

I love to cook, I'm very outdoorsy, and studied art as well as marine biology, but now am a biology department supervisor.

I dont smoke or do drugs, but don't mind if others do (cigarettes are a dealbreaker though because it bothers my allergies). I'm queer-friendly, I'm bi/pan myself.

My credit score has never gone below 700, and most of the time it's closer to 800. I can easily provide proof of stable income since I work at UCSD.

Im neat and tidy, but not uptight about it, I'm really understanding and always want to work things out (my current housemate and I have a schedule of cleaning duties on google calendar).
