Lovely apartment in super safe neighborhood
apartment located at 98 Leuty which is right in the beaches. The room is 860 sq ft. Comes with real stove , dish washer oven and microwave. The location is only 30 sec away from bus stop ( literally just across the street) and 5 mins walk to streetcar stop ( 501 Bellfair Avenue ) the neighborhood is super safe and quiet. Also, the best thing about my apartment is it’s only 5 mins from the beach ! And there are many grocery store and store around so you don’t have to worry about food! Circle K open 24 hours just literally across the street. The rent is 1212.50 a month water and gas including so you only have to pay insurance + hydro and wifi which is around 100 a month so in total rent would be 1315 a month.I know it might be a little far out from the city but the main reason I love this apartment is because it is super safe and people here are really friendly. It’s easy to make friends, find activities to do. Let me know if you want to come check out the apartment. We could make a schedule also, we can do FaceTime too! Thank you
