Looking for young adult female roommates to fill rooms in our leased house for June 1st and September 1st. Me and my roommate, Olivia, are GCU alumni and live in the Westgate area. We love Jesus, fun adventures, and late-night ice cream runs! We’re looking for clean, respectful roommates who are wanting to steward a wonderful community in our home.

· The security deposit is $400

· We have a cat, Daryl. He is very social, playful, and friendly!

· House is fully furnished

· Full kitchen, 3 bed, 2 bath

· Pool in the backyard

· The neighborhood is very family friendly

Single Room:

· Available September 1st, 2025 – April 30th, 2026

· Rent: $700 + utilities

· Twin bed (pictures show two twin beds, but only one is currently in the room)

· Shared bathroom

Shared Room:

· Available June 1st, 2025 – April 30th, 2026

· Rent: $645 a month + utilities.

· Twin bed (picture shows a king bed, but there are currently two twin beds in that room)

I (Meg) am living in the shared room. I am a teacher, so I have early mornings. I love Jesus, reading, outdoor adventures, night swims in the summer, golfing, pickleball, and watching shows with friends!

Olivia works in marketing and project management. She also loves Jesus and outdoor adventures! She is very musically gifted and is always down to try a new coffee shop. She is also our house handywoman 💪🏼
