About Me:
-I’m a young professional woman looking for a respectful and considerate roommate to share my home. I own the unit and I take great pride in keeping it clean, minimalistic, and well maintained. After 2 years living alone, I realised that I don’t actually need the space of 2 bedrooms. I am always out and about, keep busy, and don’t work from home, so I would be the ideal “roommate” : )
-In University, I’ve had terrible roommates and great ones, so I am very mindful of my living habits.I discuss all expectations with you before signing the lease, and try my best to be as transparent and considerate of your needs and boundaries. I am quite flexible and reasonable with requests/accommodations. As such, I also expect mutual respect and consideration.
-I work full-time Monday-Friday. I am mostly on site, but I do have work-from-home days (~once a week).
-People describe me as warm, friendly, and approachable. When I am home, I do prefer to keep to myself and relax during my down time. I mind my own business and will respect your privacy, but I am not standoffish.
-I keep busy and go out often. If I’m not working, I like to go to the gym or play sports in the evenings with friends. It’s rare for me to be home all weekend. I also don’t watch much TV.
Non-smoker; drink occasionally; no tobacco or cannabis permitted.

Large closet with black 3-drawer MALM dresser included + additional shelving and plenty of hanger space.
-Full blinds, with additional partial blackout covering. You can remove the blackout covering OR purchase additional covers if you prefer a darker room. The condo is EAST facing, so there is plenty of natural light.
-Smart lights that can be controlled by voice Google Assistant or via smartphone app (change colours and brightness).
-Google Nest mini in the room to play music (Spotify ad-free subscription included for smart home speakers). Freshly painted accent wall, beautiful body mirror with black outline.
