I'm renting out one room with a shared bathroom in a 4 bedroom, 2 Story, 1800 sq. ft house that I live in that is located next to Antelope Valley College (CSUB-AV), in a quiet and safe neighborhood of West Lancaster. All college students are welcome!

As mentioned above the home is very close to the Antelope Valley College (CSUB-AV), a perfect location for college students. You will have full-house access which includes - fridge, washer & dryer fireplace, and big backyard.
Required: $350 security deposit, $ background/credit check fee (I'm willing to work with you if your credit is not so good - you can just pay a little more for the security deposit). If you’re a college student with no established credit and in between jobs - I will still consider you with a strong co-signer such as a parent or family member.
