I have a medium size room in a shared condo with owner. Must like cats as I have two. One friendly, one shy. The building is four storeys. The corner, approx 50 meters away has bus stops for all three subways. There is easy access to Pearson. The room overlooks trees and a garden area. The building is very quiet. The bedroom is 13 x 10 approx and has a murphy bed, large closet, dresser and desk. You will have your own fridge and freezer, cupboard area and dishwasher drawer. The condo is nicely done with hardwood floors, updated kitchen and is filled with light.
