Room in large 5 room apartment that is in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn. I'm an artist who makes my living from computer programming. I am very quiet, I even wear headphones with the TV, I mostly stay in my room, one might even say I'm a recluse, although I'm not standoffish (if you like loud music then headphones are a must). Very light, considerate smoker, smoke outside not in the apartment. I occasionally foster cats so if you're allergic that could be a problem.

The room is 10' x 14'. There is also the living area which is about 16' x 18' and which I never use so it is basically yours, the only time I use it is on my way to the balcony.
I'm pretty easy going and stay in my room most of the time. I use headphones when watching TV. I smoke but only outside.
I occasionally foster cats so if you're allergic that could be a problem.
