2 rooms in small Poulsbo house
2 rooms plus bath for rent. Access to kitchen, pantry, back patio, garage, washer/dryer. Space for one vehicle.
There is an application through the property management company.
I have 2 cats, one of whom is a chaos demon and one of whom is an idiot. No other pets allowed.
No smoking, this includes vaping and pot. Property management rules.
Utilities not included in rent. Electric is usually very cheap as the home is equipped with solar; heat and cooking is gas though. Internet is high speed through Xfinity. Water/sewer/trash/recycling are all one bill.
Lawn care is on us as renters; I do have a mower and leaf blower.
